- 250 gm butter
- 1 cup of custard sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 6 nos of grade A egg
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 cup of self raising flour
- 3/4 cup of cocoa powder
Method :-
Cake batter
- First, whisk together the sugar and butter until it raise.
- Then, put the egg and vanilla essence into the batter.
- Next, put the milk whereas in the interval put the flour.
- Lastly, mix the batter until it well combined. Bake it in preheat oven at 180 degree for 40 to 50 minutes or steam it in the steamer for half hour and close the batter with tin foil
Ganache for topping
Mix together all the below ingredient and cook it in medium heat direct fire until it shine.
- 1 tin of sweeten creamer roughly about 505 g per tin
- 90 gm of cocoa powder
- 100 ml of corn oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Tips : For decoration, sprinkle some rice chocolate on the topping
